Post gang rape of an MBA student at Chowkhandi village, Delhi Commission for Women has requested for ban on tinted glasses of the Car because most of the rapes are reported in moving car.
What is the crime of the tinted glasses?
Earlier, the Hon'ble High Court has also banned the tinted glasses and the traffic cops had a good samaritan task to remove all the screens etc. Later on, during summer season when AC became ineffective, the screen were allowed to put on windows glasses. Now DCW has asked for a ban.
The henous crime of rape is being done in the moving cars and there may be a tinted glasses or not, it does not matter. It matters that the crime is being committed in moving cars. So why not ban the plying of Cars on the road.
